LOCOLINES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All transfers are printed using a dense white carrier film for the best
possible results, even on dark background
colours. All transfers therefore need to be cut out carefully, up to the image.
Full instructions are provided with all transfer sets. LOCOLINES
cannot be held responsible for badly-applied or
incorrectly applied
transfers, or any inappropriate use or mishandling of any of their products.
With ALL our transfer sets and models, we try to match colours where
necessary, but cannot guarantee ANY
colour match beyond the possibilities of available paints and our computer
printing facilities at this time.
All orders for transfer sets must be accompanied by the full payment
plus p/p.
With custom sets, responsibility lies with the customer to supply
correct and accurate details.
Orders for models, rolling stock, coaches or panel prints must be accompanied
by the relevant full payment or
deposit as required. Cancellation of
custom orders will forfeit deposit, as customizing of crests and names will
restrict our re-selling the locomotives, stock or parts to other customers.
All our locomotive and rolling stock models are completely built by hand.
We do not use laser-cut parts
or machine made components other than metal detail castings, wheels,
gearbox and motor etc.
We emphasize, you will receive an individual, one-off hand made model, (no two
are exactly the same) and not a
'perfect factory produced' item. We DO NOT PRODUCE 'oven baked spray
finishes' or 'perfect' factory items.
If at all possible, we recommend you see our models at one of the shows
before purchase. We build models
BY HAND. We ARE NOT a production line.
Note: Although designed for outdoor use, our models are NOT waterproof.
No customer details are ever passed to other companies or third
parties.
